Setting summer goals is just like setting any other goals. First, let’s start with a list.
You want to plan out your goals and hold yourself accountable for them. Making a list and writing them down helps with this and is something that you can always refer back to.
Next, pick a date for when you want to accomplish this goal. Setting a deadline helps us to stay on track.
And last, make this list visible in your home or on your computer where you can easily see it daily and be reminded of the goals that you set.
You can even write these goals in your journal and at the end of the day reflect on them or change them if needed.

Summer is full of distractions between traveling. events. and spending most of your time outside near the pool or on the beach. Summer goals help you to stay productive and not feel as if you wasted the summer away.
Now, of course, it’s totally okay to have some fun in the sun and relax this summer. But we can do both! You don’t have to give up one for the other. You can still be productive and reach your goals while having fun.
